1. Introduction

This Legal Notice and Terms of Use governs access to and use of www.nautiluxinsurance.com (the “Website”), owned by Nautilux Marine Broker SL. Accessing the Website makes you a user and entails acceptance of these terms, without prejudice to any specific terms applicable to brokerage services and each insurance contract.

2. Website Use

Nautilux Marine Broker SL, Spanish tax identification number B75440503, registered office at C/ Hisenda de l’Administrador 3, 18, 03560 El Campello (Alicante), Spain. Registered with the Alicante Commercial Registry, sheet A-195588, entry 1, and with the administrative register of insurance distributors of the Spanish Directorate-General for Insurance and Pension Funds (DGSFP) under code VS-2025-005. Nautilux is an independent insurance broker that acts in the client’s interests and provides advice based on an objective and personalised analysis. Before any contract is concluded, the client will be informed of the nature of the remuneration and, where applicable, any significant links or shareholdings.

3. No Insurance Binding Authority

Requests for information or quotations submitted through the Website do not constitute an offer of insurance, the conclusion of a contract or the commencement of cover. Cover begins only after express acceptance by the insurer and issuance of the relevant policy, certificate, cover note or written confirmation. Any placement remains subject to risk assessment, the insurer’s terms and payment of the premium when due.

4. Accuracy of Information

Nautilux Marine Broker SL takes reasonable care to keep the Website clear, accurate and up to date, but does not warrant that it is complete, continuously available or error-free. Users must provide truthful and complete information and should not make insurance decisions solely on the basis of general Website content. Nautilux may correct, update or remove content without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the text, trademarks, logos, images, graphics, design, structure and other Website content belong to Nautilux Marine Broker SL or are used with permission. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution, public communication or exploitation without prior authorisation is prohibited, except where permitted by law.

These terms are governed by Spanish law and any applicable European Union legislation. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law, while preserving all mandatory consumer rights and the consumer’s legally protected forum.
